Personal Injury Risk Found In Popular Diet Drugs

As reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, the FDA announced Wednesday that it was requiring makers of the diet-drugs Xenical and Alli to warn of the risk of personal injuries from possible liver damage caused by use the drugs.

Appeals Court Overturns Asbestos Jury Verdict

The Court of Appeal Second Appellate District, Division Four, recently overturned a jury’s verdict of over $5.6 million against William Powell Co.

According to the New York Times, Fort has announced a recall impacting ore 30,000 vehicles.
The vehicles are Ford’s 2010 Explorer, Explorer Sport Trac, Mercury Mountaineer, Ford Fusion and Mercury Mian.  This issue is a problem that could result in the vehicles’ front seats collapsing and causing personal injury to the occupants during an accident.
